Paste the travel request. We handle the stay.
For EAs, PAs and chiefs of staff: messy brief in, one confident recommendation out — near the meeting, on budget, approved in one tap, booked on their behalf.
Who it's for
You book for people who don't book for themselves.
“David is in Frankfurt Tuesday for a 9am at Deutsche Bank, flying Monday afternoon, keep it under £250, quiet, breakfast.” If sentences like that land in your inbox, StayBotic Executive was built for you.
- Paste the email exactly as it arrived — or just forward it to your StayBotic address. No forms.
- StayBotic extracts traveller, city, dates, meeting place, budget and preferences
- At most one clarifying question — sensible defaults for everything else
The decision
One recommendation you can defend, not 200 tabs.
Every recommendation says why: distance to the meeting in real minutes, price against the executive's usual budget, quiet/breakfast/star fit, and a clear in-policy verdict. Two labelled alternatives (save money / next best) if the first isn't right.
- Real geocoded distance to the client's office or venue
- Executive profiles remembered: quiet, 4★+, breakfast, loyalty numbers
- Cancellation terms verified at checkout, never guessed
Approval & booking
One tap to approve. You stay in control.
Send the recommendation for approval — the approver gets a clean mobile link: approve, ask for cheaper, or decline, with an optional note. On approval you get the booking link with everything prefilled. Nothing is charged without a human completing checkout.
- Secure approval links — no login, no account needed for the approver
- Book on the executive's behalf with a full audit trail (booker, traveller, approver)
- Confirmation to you and the traveller
Questions
What EAs ask before their first trip.
How does StayBotic Executive handle a messy trip request?
Paste it exactly as it arrived — 'David is in Frankfurt Tuesday for a 9am at Deutsche Bank, under £250, quiet, breakfast'. StayBotic extracts the traveller, city, dates, meeting anchor, budget and preferences, then returns one recommendation with evidence: real minutes from the meeting, price against the budget, star rating and which stated preferences the hotel actually matches. It asks at most one clarifying question, and only when booking is genuinely impossible without the answer.
Can I book on the executive's behalf?
Yes — that's the point. You stay the booker; the executive is the traveller. Their profile (quiet rooms, breakfast, star floor, loyalty numbers) is stored once and applied to every trip, and the audit trail records booker, traveller and approver separately.
How does approval work?
You type the approver's email; they get a clean link that opens on their phone with the hotel, total, distance to the meeting and the policy verdict. One tap: approve, ask for a cheaper option, or decline — with an optional note. No login or account needed. You're emailed the decision with the next step attached.
What happens after approval?
You get a 'Complete the booking' link with the dates and guests prefilled. Checkout re-verifies the live rate and cancellation terms, a person completes payment, and you mark the trip booked to close its audit record. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
What does it cost?
Your first five bookings are free — a genuine pilot. After that it's £79/month for one assistant managing up to five executives. StayBotic keeps its normal hotel margin and never marks prices up for urgency or seniority.
